How It All Started
It all started with my daughter, Lara, my little "Boo". She was three years old and absolutely obsessed with twirling — the bigger and fluffier the skirt, the better. I searched everywhere for the perfect tutu and kept coming up empty. So I did what any determined mama would do: I taught myself to make one.
That first tutu was a little lopsided and a lot of love. But the look on her face when she put it on? Pure magic. I was hooked. I started making tutus for her friends, then for neighbors, then for strangers on the internet — and Tutus 4 Boo was born.
Every tutu I make is still handcrafted the same way — with care, attention to detail, and the hope that somewhere, a little girl is about to have her very own twirling moment.
